Flexible booking

Introducing “Flexible changes”

Exciting news, here, at Eurosender!

We are happy to introduce our new feature for shipping services – flexible changes. We are committed to bringing the booking experience of shipping services to the highest level. The feature of flexible changes was designed to avoid any additional costs that our customers might have to pay when making changes to their order.

Flexible changes service offers full flexibility in changing any details in the initial order and making adjustments anytime before the pick-up of their shipment.

Changes covered by the “flexible changes” option

  • changes of the collection date;
  • changes in the pick-up and delivery address (as long as the address are located in the same countries);
  • rectifying mistakes done when filling in the order form.

We understand that unpredictable changes and mistakes can occur. Usually, we can make changes to the initial orders. However, depending on the courier service provider, extra costs may apply and they can add up quite easily.

Adding “flexible changes” to the shipping order

You can purchase flexible changes in the second step of the ordering process.

The cost of flexible changes option is only 9.99 EUR (with VAT) or 10% of the total cost of your order.

By adding flexible changes to your order, you can enjoy the peace of mind knowing that you can do any adjustments to your order, with no additional charges. Now you can change your mind about the pick-up date. Any changes will be permitted only before the shipment is collected. We will take into account the status updates in the tracking system of the respective courier company.

Together with the chosen additional insurance, the fee for the flexible changes option is not refundable.
